LOS ANGELES (MarketWatch) -- Shares of Care.com CRCM 0.00% are being priced at $17 a share, above their previously expected range of $14 to $16, the company said Thursday. Care.com, an online marketplace for finding and managing family care, is expected to open trading on its 5.35 million outstanding shares Friday. IPO Boutique said in a note to clients that Care.com already is oversubscribed several times over.
