Blogger type script/code hosting

I dont know is this the right place to post my thread.

i want to host a website with features like blogger type..where user can create their own blogs... with sub domains where can i find that typeof code?? and which language its will be available i mean will it be in PHP , asp or other cms? please let me know i am really about to start a website like that feature.

Joomla's multi user option or WordPress Multi user option can be good for you. Using these options you can create as many users on folder or domain level. I think it'd be easier to get users that way. You can also use BuddyPress as one option. As that option too is known to be giving such feature so far to users.
