buildingsociety.in - I'm not really sure what sort of value it has. Housing society seems to be the more common term in India.
publicholidays.in - It's a decent term, but not all that commerically oriented. For reselling to another domainer, I'd say it's worth mid-$xx.
landagent.in - Again, I'm not really sure. It doesn't seem to be a commonly used term in India.

I feel same like the gentleman above me! The first three looks good while reading, but building something around those names is a bit tough plus they don't pinpoint precisely in any direction so selling it off will also a bit troublesome.
