Anyone getting the same thing?

Had a few offers in the last few months via Sedo, every time it's a low offer, every time there is no resonse to the counter offer.
Every time the offer comes from a new India based member who has joined Sedo the month of making the offer.

My guess it is regular domainers getting their buddies to make lowball offers in the hopes the sellers may push them to auction where there is likely to be only the one bid.

Cynical maybe but that's how it smells.

Getting a lowball offer and not getting a response to a counter offer seems pretty normal to me for this industry - pretty much a daily occurrence and not specific to Sedo or India.

Normally if I see an offer from someone who has just joined Sedo I would expect to be looking at a good potential sale as they usually have joined to buy a specific name.
This does not appear to be the case with those from India, just my experience.
