From time-to-time you have to check the analytics, so as to figure out what people are constantly checking on your site. Look at the pages in which the visitors are hanging around for a while as well as the ones with the least clicks. That is the common narrative out there. My question is, which are the best tools to gather this kind of data?

I like Google's Webmaster Tools, and their Analytics site https://www.google.com/analytics/ though I'm sure there are sites offering much more detailed information.
