Seems quite an overreach to me! I wonder if the decision will be appealed.

Is this now for all the TLDs or only restricted to the Indian TLDs?

As in the article, it's stated that the registrar such as Big Rock, GoDaddy, etc are asked to not register the domain names with Amul as prefix or suffix.

What about if I already have such a domain? Shall I move it to foreign registrar ASAP? :rolleyes:
 
I think that the judgement only applies to .in, .co.in, etc.

I am not sure the specific registrar matters, as the judgement would apply to NIXI as well.
