[Advise] on Development of two Domains

Folks,

I want to develop two of my Domains>>

1) Overall DOT in - For this i plan to go with a Horizontal Classified site. Someone suggested me to go for Ecomm Store with this.

Any views? Or other suggestions?

2) Finanz DOT in - Meaning (Finance in German).
Though its German Work, still there are many companies in India which has Finanz in their Name.
Should i go for a Indian Finance Portal with this domain?

It's not really a good plan to develop a domain just because you own it - you should be interested in the topic plus have a business plan about how you'll profit from it and a marketing plan why people will use your website rather than your competitors.
