I am getting the error message while accessing some in domains like problems.in, influence.in using Idea connection

Access to this URL is denied

The access to this site is prohibited as per instructions from Authority(s)/Honorable Court Order

"Downloading, Exhibiting, Duplicating or Distributing pirated/Offensive content is a penal offence"

The content is not pirated or offensive content. I have not received any court order or notice from authority
Is anyone else facing a similar problem. What is the best way to get it resolved.
