Elliot Silver has compiled a list of LLLL.com domains that were bought and sold in 2015 itself.
"There have been 223 4 letter .com domain names that have publicly sold twice in 2015. I presume there are many more private sales, but obviously that data is not public. According to the team at NameBio, there have been 171 profitable flips vs. 52 unprofitable flops. From an unscientific point of view, it looks like the flips are yielding larger profit % than the flops are yielding loss %. "
Some of the sales that he reports are:
The domain fbet.com sold for $12,099 on 2015-04-09 at Sedo.
It later sold for $55,392 on 2015-05-20 at Sedo for an increase of $43,293.
The domain jami.com sold for $6,119 on 2015-07-22 at NameJet.
It later sold for $10,300 on 2015-11-04 at NameJet for an increase of $4,181.
