examples of .in domains with type in traffic?

Hi jn024 I have one LLL.in (whose name I'd rather not mention) which gets around 150 type-ins per day. Some others vary between 5 and 20 uniques per day Overall though, co.in does better for type-ins

Complete List of Indian Domain Name Sales

11mbit.in $1,395 2007-04-11 Sedo cream.in $600 2007-04-09 Sedo (I wonder if this is the big London nightclub, although search Google for "cream india" and what comes up is pretty risque!)

Ministry of Communications & Information Technology Promoting cc Domain Name

Agreed - I'm sure the introduction of .in has slowed down the growth of the Indian domain market. They would have been best just sticking with one major extension and pushing it hard. Still - it means more good names for us to pick up :)

    mouse.co.in

Sounds like a cool, memorable name for a computer site :)

    Should We Move to VBulletin?

Agreed - we should be transferring in the next couple of weeks. SMF is a real pain with SEO also, so we'll be looking to move as soon as possible. We probably won't add any new features to this installation and just concentrate on moving it to VBulletin.

    11mbit.in ..... Any ideas?

Nice spot, Frank. Probably 3com themselves buying it. Another nice 3 figure sale on Sedo Auctions today: cream.in for $600. The nightclub, perhaps?

Once the LLL.in are all gone, will LLL.co.in become more valuable?

Agreed - theres a lot of these LLL.in which are capable of producing in the $8 to $20 range in PPC per year. So long as they pay for themselves, I'm happy to keep them.

Karimnagar.co.in a district and city with 3.5 million population

Hey .co.in A nice one - I find it hard to imagine that domains like this can NOT be really valuable in years to come. Its easy to develop a site Even people who speak no English at least know the name of the city/region they live in The local government will probably set up a bad site on a...

    Please give me your appraisal

Hi Welcome to Inforum, Miguel :) The best ones here seem to be the 2-word combinations: joblistings.in gambleonline.in bridalshop.in Some of these seem like strong development opportunities.

40 .co.in names for you to give valueble comments!!!

Hi gogogo Welcome to Inforum.in :) You have some nice names here. message.co.in is probably my favourite of the bunch, but young.co.in also has a lot of potential uses.

    11mbit.in ..... Any ideas?

11mbit.in A strange one this. Anyone know what it means and why it might be worth 550 Euros (currently on the Sedo auction block at that price)? The seller claims over 800 uniques per day, which would probably make it much more valuable that 500 Euros, if true...

Are .in domains a thing of the past???

I think a lot of people were distracted from ccTLDs as the .mobi rush shouted and screamed for attention. The ccTLD market is where the long-term value is however, IMHO. Witness the sale of video.us for $70,000 recently after a quiet period for .us

LLL.in down to the last 15%

Agreed - these things snowball towards the end. 17500 is a lot of domains to have purchased, so its good to see confidence growing in the extension.
