Now would that have made $100 here on auction, I think not?

and thats why domainers' appraisals on this forum(and other popular ones)is more relevant than their bids on your domains...sad, but most domainers are miserly when it comes to buying .ins from other forum members.

Domainers are the first to ascribe low values to domain names when it comes to buying them from other domainers. I've been saying that forever. Consider I've received mid and high $xx offers on OEM.in via PM on domain forums.

I'd venture that less than 2% of domainers on 'domain forums' are qualified to offer anything resembling an accurate 'appraisal'. The fact that they appraise one way and offer another speaks to this... There is very, very little money to be made selling mediocre domain names to mediocre domainers.

Of course, people should be mindful that the domain market will always have its 'lighting striking' sales that mean nothing to other domains. It just means that one person who sold that one, unique domain name got very, very lucky by encountering one, unique end user who was willing to pay a lot for it.
