Agree with opinions about Royal.in, bit of a strange price to send to auction given that the offer seems reasonable enough to accept and that .in are known for attracting very little action in auction. Having said that, there are a few big companies that use "Royal" in their title though so one little bite from another could prove to be very profitable - lets just hope the seller is doing all that they can to gauge interest from others otherwise he/she may end up with no deal at all.
In other sales news, I received permission from both seller and buyer to confirm the sale of Airfare.in for 5 figures ($XX,XXX) in the sales thread here (it is also mentioned on another forum thread). The exact amount is remaining undisclosed but its another great indicator of the value of premium .in names. The acquisition is for an air-travel related startup business so watch this space as I'm sure it will be something special in the future. Anyway Well Done to the Seller and the Buyer, seems like both parties can be happy with the outcome.
