The domains you have listed are not good choices for a few reasons. They are long, contain 3 words, having dashes and not useful commercially neither brandable.

Dashes are always bad because the owner also has to secure the version with no dashes (otherwise lots of traffic will be leaked as users tend to forget them when typing domain name).

You need to look for shorter & easy to remember names with commercial or brandable potential and strong extension (.biz isn't really strong).

Both domains could be used for information websites but the owners of such websites usually don't have money to buy expensive domains on aftermarket.

PR doesn't really matter unless you are going to run SEO link farms or something like that.
