I just reg this domain name, ecigarette.co.in

I'm curious to have your opinion on this one. Is this product developped in India? What it the current/future tendency in your opinion?

There are some affiliate's and deal sites like groupon had promoted some deals around it.. you should set up a mini site to sell affiliate products.

I've seen several people in the US and UK make good money with ecigarette domains and websites. I have no idea how popular these are in India, but the current search volume doesn't look promising. The domain could be a gold mine or a complete bust... it would be great if a smoker from India could comment!

India has one of the largest populations of smokers and I suspect one day it will have the largest number of people trying to quit smoking, or wanting to try something to better their health. I have nicotinepatch.in for this very reason. Could be a gold mine or bust like Jeff says, but always looking for positive ways to make money and help others.

Yes, maybe I will try to develop a small website with affiliate. I never tried until then, this is a good idea.

Yes search volume is low in India. I fact, I think e-cigarette.es just sold on Sedo for more or less $1500 with a search volume even lower. I will develop a website and see what happens.

I own the .in version and it averages about one enquiry every month. Highest offer so far is mid $xxx but I see a decent future for this product given India's high smoking population and the consequent fallout with regards to smoking related diseases.

Interesting. I own Cigarettes.co.in , never had an enquiry and traffic is almost zero.

I have tried direct marketing to potential end users with no response!

smokefree.in <-- this is a site of a e-cigs manufacturer, try to contact them to have a better name for there site, may be you can have success (chances are very low), btw i think its the only site in india providing e-cigs.

Really surprised a keyword as strong as that hasn't had any interest. I haven't tried any direct marketing yet but will probably give it a go in the following months. Hope a big buyer comes your way soon!
