It's just another random keyword + 'domains' Perfectly brandable but you can't put a price tag on it, unless developed.

You can develop it into whatever you like, it could host pretty much anything domain-related.

I agree with the_poet's valuation.

You could use it as a website to showcase your portfolio for sale.
