10 years behind China.

That's why Indian domains are still so cheap..

Even many 3 letters.in are available..

It's ridiculous for the huge nation with 1.1 billion people.:(:(:(

i know what you mean.....but India will hopefully see its neighbour and double up....but they're working on it, so lets hope...it only gets better from here, remember that.

.in & .co.in domains are only cheap if you sell them cheap! I have simply followed a policy of having a minimum (high for premium names) pricing scale for my names and I will not sell below that range. We make the market, buyers and sellers- if you sell cheap then the market will look cheap. I will not undersell, if others start to do that then prices will rise.

.cn - another animal altogether. Most of the big sales are in China and rarely make the "sold" boards, plenty of money there! With the advent of idn and with .mobi & .eu now jumping on the bandwagon and giving more exposure idn will soon be mainstream then you will see a massive increase in value.

If you are not on board the train has already left the station!

Thank you! I agree, this is exactly how markets are made - it's been discouraging to see so many people sell valuable names cheaply.

I admit to putting a few names out there over the past few years in order to gauge the market.

This is a 'Buy and Hold and Sell High' game but it takes patience and capital.

I think that as soon as the recession is over this will change. Even .com domains are really struggling at the moment.
