These have not been selling well on domainer forums but that does not mean 'end-users' will not be interested.
I agree with WB, take mid-XXX if you are able to negotiate that price.

If you are sure that it's an enduser, I'd even pitch the domain at low $x,xxx and see where it gets you. If that's too high, you can always lower it. If you don't ask for something, you definitely won't get it.
The reason for this is that SAR is probably the company's initials and their main choices are SAR.in and SAR.co.in, so they may not have much choice in choosing a good domain.
