Dead set you blokes are dreaming. You all are trying to flog crap domains that no one would pay a buck for, let alone the reg fee.
The guy is after premium domains that you can build a business around.
E.g. Business.in, bank.in, shop.in, accountant.in, lawyer.in etc
Admittingly I only skimmed through the posts, but the only decent domain I've seen so far is vodka.in

Or are ONLY one-word domains considered premium?
Generally only single word domains can be super premiums. However, there are some exceptions to this.
If you want a better idea on what premium domains are go to the .in section of sedo and look at what domains have bids on them.
By themselves Jewellery, Auction and Design (perhaps even the plurals) would be very valuable. You may be able to find a buyer for jewelleryauctions.in and jewellerydesigns.in, but don't hold your breath and don't expect a big payday.
Would I buy these domains? No
Would Rick buy these domains? I can't speak for Rick, but from reading his previous posts I'm 100% sure he wouldn't.
