It's good! I wouldn't recommend including the price though. If they are interested in the domain, they will inquire about price. That allows you to better gauge how much interest there is in your domain, and you can also adjust price based on that (as opposed to not hearing back from people even though they are interested, but simply think the price is too high).

I would do it more generically - something like we are reaching out to several companies in your industry... But it does make sense to let them know that they are not the only one.

And is it good to send them a link of third party marketplace like Sedo, fippa etc etc

If it's a live auction, yes. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother to do that.
