Abusive India Names - urgent

Hello:

I received an email from Netlynx claiming that my names with the following message:

Please go through the list of .IN abusive domain names under your account. Please note that you have to confirm the domain with authentic document by May 2, 2013 to avoid suspension of domains.

Domain contact details are not modified /update in time, we will be suspending this domain name & if Contact Details are accurate then please send us below documents ASAP.


• A letter on the letterhead of the Registrant Contact, stating that the current contact details of the domain name are accurate as per the WHOIS Lookup Results at whois.netlynx.com & not used for any abuse/illegal activities for medical or pharmacy.

• Proof of the correct contact details in the form of an identification proof or a copy of a utility bill like electricity bill or telephone bill.

You need to send these documents as an attachment with this mail.

Any names not updated to Checked will be suspended with a server Hold lock.

If you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

I also received the same email from Netlynx with 5 domains listed. One more domainer I'm in contact with also received it from other registrars. The listed domains are some usual geos + 1 LLL.in which is not even active. They are not abusive in any way and I find that letter strange. I sent a scan of my ID Card to prove the whois are authentic.

Perhaps that's some IN Registry action to check random registrants or domains.
 
No need to panic... we at Mitsu is discussing this issue with .IN registry in depth, we also get list but we are not going to ask our customer for anything , we are protecting our customers that is our first duty , We clearly told .IN registry that we will require evidences of abuse if happen any, and only after solid proof we are going to ask anything to our customers.

Guts are required to discuss the issue with registry , lot of registrar simply passes the bucks on registrant without applying their minds that what is right and what is wrong ? As we wrote earlier also that for 10 or 20 cents registrant who move or register their domain name here and there will always face such issues ?

Always remain with the registrar who has guts to fight for you and always ready to protect you , Now if you count your domain's protection and safety then same is far more expensive then 10 or 20 cent you see at the time of registration ......

In short we want to tell that there is no need to panic and if any of the registrant who is not even Mitsu customer face suspension of domain name , then contact us with domain name we will represent for you with registry.....if you have not done anything wrong then no need to comply.

If anyone still have any question PM us or call us and talk to Sanjeev.

P.S. : There is a long story behind his abusive list domains and this is not random check or something like that. Why registry is doing this ? this requires a very lengthy explaination and which we donot want to post it here, All who is in regular contact with Mitsu knows this story. If we feel anything which you all should know then we always give details on this forum and even hints are given. We still says no need to panic.

At Mitsu except one customer no one is touched .....even not a single email is sent to any of our customers to comply. We sorted this issue with registry and all Mitsu customer's whose domains are listed as abuse are now nothing to worry. (although our customers are even do not know that their names was in the list or not as we never informed them and make them panic),

One particular customer was not trusting us and tries to be over smart and he told us that he will directly deal with registry so all his domains are still under investigation.
