.IN registry is very seriously thinking about taking .IN ahead and they are focusing on more and more .In development

.IN has the potential of becoming the world's largest ccTLD (even larger than Germany's .de), so I think they should endorse development massively (TV commercials, Internet ads, etc).

New registration done after 1st April,2013 and developed then they are eligible for some renewal discount in 2014 but rest assured for all other developed website they are planning some kind of award for best websites in different catogory .......

.IN registry is now planning some great steps to boost .In namespace. If you can suggest something to boost the .In then please PM us we will forward them to .In registry with due credit to you.

Few suggestions that I think off (maybe allow would not be feasible):
(i) Promote .in similar to way .co is promoting the extension
(ii) Allow .in sales officially.
(iii) Transparency in INDRP so that folks are not scared of using the extension
