Actually We are planning to come to London for two days and then fly to New York in August, that's why we made plan to meet up all the .IN domineers.

Current Promo is going to end on 31st August (hopefully) and after that we are expecting official announcement.

Another question: I'm not very aware of the promo calendar. Are you speaking about the renewal promo or the registration promo ?

No, Renewal pricing are now permanent pricing (it will remain same unless otherwise registry decide to increase or decrease price) and new registration for one year is under promotional pricing and this is hopefully going to end on 31st August, 2011. (For all level of .IN domain names).

This is not possible to take this detail as registration and expired domains deletion etc. runs regularly so pinpointing one domain name is not possible.

I think this figure does not include .co.in, can you confirm?
In case it's the sum of various extensions, do you know if it's possible to have the respective registrations?

This is honey to my ears.
.in still has a way to go,but only those who are steadfast and patient will reap the bounty. Simple as that. It pains to renew good .in domains,but IF you do it, you are almost guaranteed your profits. At least that is my belief and the supply and demand + India's #s(population,growth,etc) tell me i can't be wrong.

One Million includes all extensions of .IN domains (.IN, .CO.IN, .NET.IN, .ORG.IN, .IND.IN and other Govt. reserved extension like GOV.IN and Educational extension .EDU.IN and .AC.IN etc.)
But growth of extensions is exceptional and We think from this point registry will take very short time for next One Million (hopefully before Dec. 2012)
