Selling .in domains through Sedo

I noticed buyers often have problems with completing transactions for .in domains because the transfer process seems too complicated for them. I have currently 2 sales which got stuck because of that. It would be much easier if Sedo allowed domain pushing to the buyer account instead default transfer procedure but it seems they don't care much after money is paid. On the other hand, I had 1 sale through Afternic and everything went perfectly smooth (they allowed pushing).

Do you have similar problems when selling your .in's ?

Yes, SEDO charges $50.00 minimum(Non-fixed) and they offer little or no service for that $50.00.

We at mitsu planning some sort of escrow services with minimum of USD 5 as charges (For low cost transaction).
Thanks for suggestion by one of the regular inforum member, who suggested to start this services.

Mitsu, this is really good news and I'm very glad you listened to my suggestion. :)

@ Ace: I park my domains outside Sedo and if someone contacts me (usually through the parking contact form) I negotiate the price first and then if agreement is met I set fixed price at Sedo (+ swithing DNS servers also).

It is free. Once you have a Sedo account you can apply for Premium Certificate. You will have to send some additional documents which are listed on their page.

And for some extensions they charge $150 minimum commission for just as little work!
