INDRP Decision: AmpNetConnect.co.in

Obviously, if a registrant provides fake contact details, he's not ever going to receive the notice that informs him that his domain is involved in an INDRP dispute...

In the latest INDRP case, AmpNetConnect.co.in was transferred to the complainant, who owns a trademark for AMP NETCONNECT. The complainant has been using the trademark in India since 1956 in association with electronic and print media.

The respondent did not reply to the complaint, which is no surprise since they didn't provide proper contact details. For example, there's no street address, the fake telephone number provided was: 91.111111111111...

AmpNetConnect.co.in is obviously a trademarked domain, and therefore the complainant deserved to win it.

I notice that the same respondent is listed in the pending case of AmpNetconnect.in. Any guesses as to the outcome?!
