I like to go in for sports and I try to keep my body weight in the norm. But I consider that holidays is the very hard time for me because I relax during the vacation and begin to consume the "junk foods". And all the time it costs me a couple of useless pounds. And what about you?

I think it's common for people to indulge a bit more when they are on holiday. As for me, I haven't owned bathroom scales for years. So what I don't know, I won't worry about. ;)

I’m also having some problems during the holiday season but I think that I’m used to it since I’m already fat. I will be buying one of those body slender, I just hope that it could help me to loose some weights.

Postman, is it some kind of exercise machine? If so, one tip that might help keep you motivated is to start doing only a *few minutes* of exercise every day, and then very gradually increase this time.

At the beginning, it's easier to motivate yourself to do 3 minutes of exercise than 30 minutes of exercise! Also, it's probably better for your body to build yourself up gradually. Not sure if this is of any help to you, but in any event I wish you lots of luck!

Its the same for me too!! I have stopped going to gym from past 1 week and am consuming a lot of junk. Well, but will start my gymming routine again from tomorrow!!

One thing is for sure it is very tough to live with all goody goody things happening around you. It is tough to strike a balance but if one is able to then nothing like it. I am not able to get hold of all the scattered strings of my life with all ease. I strive hard to sneak out those 30 min for my exercise but I always fail to.
