Regardless of whether it is worth that much to anyone else or not is indifferent to me. I know in a year's time it will sell for 6 figures if I continue at it the way I am .. Or it will be profitable to the point where it is making what I want now per month. So I am not desperate to come off it but I could use some money right now.
