Default How does Remote Desktop affect local search results ?

I live in Thailand but have a web site (youralarm.com) in the USA optimised for the keywords "alarm monitoring". When I search Google.co.th for my keywords from a computer physically located in Thailand, I always appear at the top of page 2. (I cannot get to Google.com for some reason - is there a way around this?)

Now, I actually have access to 3 Windows based servers in the USA via Remote Desktop and I figured by logging into those and doing a search that I may get different results because the computer is physically located in the USA. I have been testing this for several months and the position never changed, so I figured Google could detect that I was using Remote Desktop from Thailand. Then just last week I checked again and on one of the servers my site appeared in the number 1 spot.

Excited that the recent changes to the Google algorithm had worked strongly in my favour, I quickly checked from the other two servers only to find that my site was still at the top of page 2. So now I'm beginning to wonder what is going on

Are US based sites localized by City or State - depending on where the web server is physically located ? - I would be very surprised if they are.

Can anyone shed any light on what's happening ?

Have you checked the bottom right-hand side of Google.co.th to see if there's a link that says "Go to Google.com"

If you don't turn off Google web history, then Google will offer personalised search results based on your web history.

FYI, when I search from Canada, your website shows up on page 2 on Google results for "alarm monitoring."

Don't worry rajesh, I often overlook obvious things as well.
