    Question Checking for Dead Links

What tools do you use to check for dead links on your websites?

I tend to use W3C Link Checker. I find W3C very good at finding redirects and broken links.

However, there are times when W3C just freezes up at a particular section of the website I'm checking. Therefore, can anyone recommend another tool that I can use as a backup to W3C?

Default Re: Checking for Dead Links

I tried out another link checker tool today:

    http://www.how-2-make-a-website.com/...cker/index.php

It's very basic, but it managed to check the web pages that W3C was having problems with. So it's a good backup tool to use.
