    Default Starting up a site -- The basics

    Now. I may not know very much about starting up sites; or about Indian sites, however I'd like to share a few tips with you. They are common knowledge but nevertheless valuable.

    1- Chose a valuable and very SEO friendly domain name
    2- Fill your forum/website with interesting and detailed content that others will want to reply to and/or use.
    3- Start a contest and give away forum prizes to the winners
    4- Maintain a positive presence on your forum/website.

    There you go. 4 simple tips to make a more effective forum/website. Hope it helps someone.

    Like Ceres said nice little post there - without implementation of these tips a startup site would almost always definitely fail or at least not reach dizzying heights.
