Hello everybody,

I purchased a domain name like alto.info and sold it will this be a problem? what exactly i mean is if i purchased any branded ones .info's and sold them will that make any issue for me?

a) If you have a domain which is a popular Trademark, there is a chance for the TM holder to file a case through WIPO for getting your domain.

b) If you sell a domain, you are no longer liable for any legal issues regarding the name as you are transferring the rights to another person.

My advice is to avoid any TM related names.
