A recent whois change shows that ABC.biz has been acquired by Google, the domain was registered back in 2002. The domain was under privacy for a few months, prior to that it was owned by Eisbaer Media GmbH out of Germany.
Google has been on a buying spree since it formed the holding company known as Alphabet. ABC.mx went for $17,700, ABC.global was acquired, ABC.xyz and ABC.cm.
