Do any of you guys know if there is anything wrong with switching themes from one website to another? If you bought a theme and used it first on one site, is it possible to take it down and then use it on another site later?

No you wouldn't make more unless your sites are just sitting there and you're not actively trying to make money from them. I think you're better off working on your sites yourself but parking is an option if you don't have the time to do so.
