    Which Is Worth More?

In my opinion, it depends on the value of the website. I mean, if you take the time to grow your website's traffic and popularity, that is one of the most important factors that will determine its value in the market.

    Choosing website niche

It goes both ways actually. While choosing a smaller niche at first is a good idea because you don't have to face the big sharks in the market, getting into a competitive niche is also a great way to learn the ropes of the business. I personally like to do both depending on the product that I'm...

    Best Registrars For Flipping?

In your opinion, what are the best registrars to buy domains from if you are planning to flip them? I know that places like GoDaddy are more for personal domains rather than flipping and domaining. Any ideas?

Dealing with the buyer’s limited budget

I agree with Tigger. The whole point of domaining is to maximize your ROI. If you give the buyer a big discount, they may keep the domain for a few months or years, then they can sell it for an even higher price. In my opinion, it's not a fair option.

    Which Is Better?

Which do you think is more profitable? Flipping a plain domain or going through the hassle of creating content and then selling it as a site? Do you think it's worth the time spent on it?

    Niche Names

That would depend I guess. You need to think about what problem you are offering to solve for your target audience and try to implement that in your domain name. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

    Domain Value?

Thanks Jeff. I thought that made a lot of sense too. A domain will only have a certain value depending on what it means to the end buyer.

    Domain Value?

I am learning about domaining and how to flip domains and I read somewhere that the value of the domain is only determined by how much the potential buyer wants it. Is that true? If it is the case, then what is the use of services like Estibot etc?

    Keywords

Do you mean keywords in the domain name or are you talking about keywords in their content? I mean, if they promote keywords that aren't relevant to their content, it's definitely a mistake.

    Do You Own Domains?

I own around 10 domains. Some of them are websites that I have built and I continue building and promoting for high ranking etc, and some of them are projects to sell at a later stage.

    Hostings with Domain Registry

I have seen this as well. But for me, a great hosting service is an absolute must, so I always stay away from buying hosting from domain registrars.
