A nice one - I find it hard to imagine that domains like this can NOT be really valuable in years to come.
  • Its easy to develop a site
  • Even people who speak no English at least know the name of the city/region they live in
  • The local government will probably set up a bad site on a .nic.in domain, so little competition there
