At the outset my apologies to the prospective buyers.

Antonio, Perhaps you should re-think your business model. You have some good domains and not sure why you sell them for $3 and $ 10?

I feel that DirectSales.in and Rainwear.in may be worth more than $10. Again, these are my thoughts and not expert opinion.

Do a search for those two key words and you will see offers or even sales for other Extensions and you will know that they may fetch more.

For rainwear, you can try direct emails to raincoat manufacturers and see if they want a keyword with X searches a month and educate them.

As someone who invests in Categories, you really will have to pry these type of domains out of my cold dead fingers, coz I aint selling them so cheap.

If nothing else works, perhaps you can come back and sell them for $ 10
