CreedHost - "India's Preferred Hosting Provider" has opened up their Reseller Program. I think its just around 4500 Rupees to become a reseller. What I like about it is that the 4500 is a fully usable deposit which is just like a prepaid mobile deposit. Pay for what you use. That's pretty kickass.
