It doesn't look like either of these domains is registered yet?

I like gtea.in as an LLLL.in - it likely has more value than many LLLL.in as it is brandable.

I don't see much value in build muscle - there are many alternative domains for this. As well, I don't think that there's much about this concept that's specific to India - most people wanting to build out such a site would do better on a gtld.

I wish I had the knowledge to make this sort of deals as I understand the register is super cheap and we can sell them later for good money.
