I'd think an end user would pay substantially more than that - likely high 4 figures / low 5 figures.

I agree with the low $xx,xxx appraisal. Fashion is the first and most obvious thing that comes to my mind, but it's not the only possible use.

The only way you will get $xx,xxx:

1) Financially bouyant buyer who is motivated contacts you
OR/AND
2) You bargain well with end users and dont show desperation.

If neither or the above conditions are met this name will sell for $4K-$7K.
