I think that it will be a while before Indian idn.idn are approved.

If you are in China it would resolve to my website using www.下載.中国 outside of China you need www.下載.cn-all about to change of course.

The above statement is rubbish as owners of idn.cn already own all versions:

If you search at cnnic.cn for 下載.中国

This will show as ownership:

下載.中国

Good news. There are thousands of internet users in China. Most of them don't know English. Maybe that's the reason Chinese IDN.IDN be approved.
