Unintentional Double Meanings
I just read a funny article about real domains that have unintentional double meanings. Some of you may have read past articles about these domain names:
The article can be found at:Even real domains had unintentional double meanings, underscoring the importance of choosing a good address. Among the funniest ones:
Travel site Choose Spain:
choosespain.com
The newspaper Winters Express:
wintersexpress.com
Kids clothing:
childrenswear.co.uk
Celebrity agent directory Who Represents:
whorepresents.com
Pen Island, maker of branded pens:
penisland.net
http://www.canada.com/montrealgazett...3-fce49e8895cb
I suppose the moral of the story is be very careful when you register your next domain.

Re: Unintentional Double Meanings
Here's an updated list of bad domain names.
The one that made me laugh the most was Putacart.com. Hey, I don't know much Spanish, but I recognised straightaway that this was an inappropriate domain name.

Re: Unintentional Double Meanings
Ceres - thanks for sharing the names - had a hearty laugh reading some of them who represents - is the best :P
Reminds me of a quote dunno by whom - but here is the text
'pen is mightier then pen is' - by removing the space - one can interpret it either way
cheers
