The new weekly domain sales Report is out at DNJournal.com. One of the three biggest sales reported this year headlines the latest aftermarket action. The Toby Clements Newsletter brokered that six-figure sale involving a two-letter .com. With that transaction, three of the year’s five biggest sales have been ultra short 2-character domains. The .coms swept 16 of the 20 positions on our latest all extension leader board. The ccTLDs took three spots and two of those country code domains rank among the year’s 30 biggest sales in that category. The non .com gTLDs took only one spot on the elite list, but that sale was one of the year’s 20 biggest in the non .com gTLD category. It also allowed the seller to triple their money after picking the domain up just three months ago for less than a third of what it sold for this time.
