Sites not loading in Firefox; loading fine in Internet Explorer
Today for some reason I couldn't access several websites. I tried another computer and found the websites were working fine. So, I tried Internet Explorer, and the websites loaded fine. I upgraded to the latest version of Firefox, but that didn't help. However, here is how you can fix this issue:
1. Type about:config into the address bar in Firefox.
2. Click yes that you want to change your configurations.
3. Scroll down the list to network.http.keep-alive. Double click this to change it to False.

I never find such difficulty with firefox. Rather I think it usually happens with IE for me.

Some sites do not work with Firefox, when you call support they tell you to open with Internet Explorer.
