Thread: Danny Boyle to Direct Mumbai Thriller?

There's some speculation that Danny Boyle will make another film in Mumbai, and this time it will a thriller based on Mumbai night life.

While Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire was inspired by Indian diplomat Vikas Swarup's book 'Q&A', the forthcoming thriller will be based on the novel 'Maximum City: Bombay Lost and Found' by Suketu Mehta, an Indian-born journalist and author based in New York.

I really enjoyed watching Slumdog Millionaire and I love watching thrillers, so I'd definitely be interested in watching this film.

Doubt though he would get to taste same level of success as he did with slumdog millionaire. But - would watch out for his new flick - and lets see how it comes up against local bollywood productions!
