My favourites from the list are:

Quote:

1. You begin your emails with, “Dear Friend,” “Dear Customer.”

Quote:

14. Your email contains more CAPS than a Pepsi bottling plant.

Quote:

37. You’ve got the latest information diet pills, mortgage offers, debt consolidation and are the expert in making money quick with no obligation.

Quote:

39. When you go to trade shows, you collect email addresses, not network with industry peers.

So, how do you spot a spammer?

Really interesting article- good amount of work has been done, the ones listed in above comment are my favorite too.

That is a pretty good list of ways in which you can identify a spammer. I wonder if this list is also used by anti spam ware tools for recognizing spam emails.
