Default I'm sure that little kids are people too!

I have seen a lot of times that when people see a baby or a little kid they always talk to the kid as though he or she is a little baby. I hate that. If you teach your child to talk like that then it will take longer for them to develop words that adults and other people can understand. Little kids are people too and we must respect them.

I agree with you vlada, many people don't give kids the credit and respect they deserve. I talk with my son like I do any other person - I don't speak the "baby talk."

That that is true but lot of people do this, it is very funny to see people talk like this and then they will complaint that their child has not been able to speak out clearly. If you watch carefully babies observe each and every movement of lips with full concentration, when somebody talks to them. I think it will be wrong on part of seniors if they mislead the little ones.
