Default Indians need to fight the flab.
According to latest health news, people in India need to have smaller waists as the abdominal fat invites lot of health problems-diabetes and heart attack.

Measurements that have been set for Indians--the waist measurement for men should not exceed 90 cm (35.5 inches) and for women, 80 cm (31.5 inches). Internationally, WHO recommends a waist less than 102 cm (40 inches) for men and 88 cm (34.5 inches) for women.
