Default eBay Canada to Disclose Data to Canadian Taxman
The Federal Court of Canada has ordered eBay Canada to disclose certain data to the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA). The CRA is checking to see if individuals and corporations are paying their taxes.

The court ordered eBay to turn over to the tax agency the names and gross sales figures of Canadians who earn at least $1,000 a month from online sales for three straight months.

I'm sure this ruling will raise a lot of privacy concerns (whether or not a person is evading taxes).
