Default Good night prayer.
It is very important to say a bit of prayer before you strike the pillow.How many of you do that be true in your statements.

I think it's true. At the very least it helps you feel calm before going to sleep, which always helps. I never ask for forgiveness though.

I should but I don't, I try to say a prayer during the day but at night I do be just too tired and go asleep straight away.

I always pray before I go to bed. I ask the God to forgive me all my sins and I pray for the people all around. And I always reach the calmness after the prayer.
