Yea, sex.in is reserved. National Internet Exchange of India has it, and I frankly do not know why has that been done, and why .co.in was treated differently.

of course game.in is worth but this is for LLL so i just mentioned fun.in is great as it forms a word
they reserved mainly in .in

u can see country names , stats of india all are reserved in .in ext but not in .co.in , .net.in

I want to know sex.in would be a reserved name. I believe people will put these domain names under hold even before the auction starts right. I have searched for many 3 letter domains like that but i got nothing. Who does this job and why they reserve it?

The registry for .in does not allow anyone to register sex.in.

I think XXX.in can be a great domain. It typically looks like domain name of a porn site but who know, like the holywood flick that had similar name this one too could pack quite some punch. It can be used for porn/online gaming/extreme sports etc.
