Default Any Domain Attorneys who dealt with .in foreign cybersquatters ?

I'm looking for a domain name attorney from India who has specifically dealt with Cybersquatters who are not of Indian Origin.

My cousin who is not very tech savy has some TM's. He recently found out that these domains have been registered by a German guy. This guy has a huge list of domains for sale on this brokerage website. He has cybersquatted several domains in several fields and all of them are on sale.

I went through several posts in this forum and now figured that we have a strong case in retreiving our TM's term domains....

Could anyone PM me if they know any attorney in India. It will help us a great deal.

If you go through the Legal Issues archives here, some lawyers names have been mentioned.

As well, you can find a list of decided INDRP cases here:
    Registry.In

Each case will tell you the name of the lawyers involved, right at the beginning of the decision.
